ANGIOGRAPHY:
Complete angiographic ability including high resolution magnification subtraction neuro-angiographic images, aortic, renal, mesenteric, and peripheral vasculature and run-offs. CO2 angiography is available. Subclavian angiography utilizing a tilt table with stress evaluation for subclavian outlet syndrome. Angioplasty and stent placements are also available for non-Medicare patients.
DIALYSIS FISTULAS:
Dialysis fistula and shunt evaluation, de-clotting, and angioplasty.
INTERVENTIONAL AND DIAGNOSTIC SPINAL PROCEDURES:
Vertebroplasty, percutaneous discectomy, facet rhizotomy, discography,. Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar myelography.
PAIN MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES:
Epidural injections, nerve blocks, facet blocks, CT-guided sympathetic blocks, and fluoroscopically guided occipital blocks.
GENITORUNINARY INTERVENTION:
Percutaneous nephrostomy placement, nephrostograms, uterine artery embolization for fibroids, and hysterosalpingography.
VASCULAR ACCESS:
Fluoroscopically guided Porta-Cath placement, Vaxel and PICC line placements.
